Costa Rica!!
Sam and I took a long weekend trip to Costa Rica, leaving the kids behind for a change with their GrandDad. So this pic below is NOT one of the kids.
We stayed at the relatively new Four Seasons, about a 45-minute drive from Liberia (so we were in the very north-west corner of the country, nearly to Nicaragua). The resort was beautiful of course!

We rode horses, oxen, and then went on a death-defying canyon tour which featured zip-lining, rock climbing, screaming, rappelling, vomiting, swinging, puking, and swimming.
Yes we are totally tourists!!
