Snacktime in Beijing

Here's us on the street in the fading light of early evening. I think we've stopped at this place for a beer or something to steel our nerves...

Matthew Eats A Bug

Here's a quick post from Beijing! Robert has been on a mission to "eat bugs" and so last night we went down to the night market and looked things over. Turns out that silkworm larvae are the most popular (and thus likely to be the freshest and safest), so we tried them. I have real video of this event which I'll post later but Sam took a hilarious series of photos of Matthew trying one, so I slapped together a video from those. The bugs were apparently not so good, but the snake we had for lunch was great!!
