Great Wall 'o China
This was a fun day. Talk about something you've heard of your whole life but haven't ever seen... Luckily it's only about 45 minutes outside of Beijing, so we took a tour, first of the Ming Temple and then the Great Wall. Despite being blisteringly hot, it was a beautiful day, and it was a thrill to climb up and down the wall for a bit. I think I lost about two pounds of sweat though!!This first pic is from the van on the drive in
